On November 7, 2024, the Lynn Museum and Arts Center buzzed with excitement as the Camp Fire North Shore community gathered to commemorate a remarkable milestone—75 years of empowering youth and fostering community spirit. The evening was a heartfelt tribute to the organization's enduring legacy and a testament to the unwavering support of its friends, family, donors, sponsors, and supporters.​

An Evening of Celebration

The anniversary bash was more than just a celebration; it was a reflection of the collective dedication that has propelled Camp Fire North Shore through decades of service. Attendees enjoyed hearty hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and networking. 

A Community United

CEO Laurie Hamill took the stage to share inspiring updates on the organization's progress and future aspirations. The event also featured a spirited fundraising "paddle-raise" led by Representative Dan Cahill, emphasizing the community's commitment to expanding Camp Fire North Shore's impact. The generosity displayed during the event brought the organization tantalizingly close to its ambitious goal of raising $50,000

Continuing the Legacy

The 75th-anniversary celebration was not just a look back at past achievements but a forward march toward a future filled with promise and potential. With the continued support of its community, Camp Fire North Shore is poised to light the fire within countless more young hearts in the years to come.​
